Terms of Use
PLEASE NOTE
The conference fee covers entrance to all conference sessions, refreshments during breaks, daily lunch, delegate bag, Welcome Networking cocktail function attendance, transport between official accommodation establishments.
The fee excludes accommodation, Social Dinner attendance.
CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
We understand that sometimes you are unable to attend, in which case we are happy to welcome a substitute delegate. Please let us know as soon as possible in writing to confirm this to zelda@imfunzelelo.co.za. Should a substitution not be possible, cancellations made between 31 August and 30 September 2009 will be charged at 50% of invoice total. After this date, the full rate is payable. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing. The organizers reserve the right to make alterations to the conference programme, venue and timings at any time.
DATA PROTECTION
By entering your details in the fields above, you agree to allow the organisers of the 1st PACS & RIS Edu-conference 2009 and companies associated with this event to contact you (by mail, email or fax) regarding the event. Attendees also agree to be filmed, recorded or photographed at the event by media attending the event and must notify the organizers in writing if they wish to be excluded. These images may be used in broadcasts or in marketing promotional material by the organisers.
As a registered delegate your name and contact details will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to sponsoring companies If you DO NOT wish your details to be included on the delegates list please write an email to: zelda@imfunzelelo.co.za
