Booth Exhibitors: Thursday, 4 October 2012, from 13:00 – 22:00

Strike
Floor space & Booth Exhibitor: Sunday, 7 October 2012, from 14:00 – 21:00

Exhibition Hours
Friday 05 October:                   08:00 – 17:00
Saturday 06 October:               08:00 – 17:00
Sunday 07 October:                 08:00 – 13:00

Name Badges

Name badges will be provided for exhibitor staff and for security reasons must be worn at all times.  Each exhibition stand will receive 2 exhibitor badges.

Exhibition Venue Restrictions

• Maximum height 2.5 meter
• All electrical cabling to be taped down
• Emergency exits to be available at all times
• Fire equipment to be unobstructed
• No Hot work permitted in the venue
• No Hazardous Chemicals
• Isle to be minimum of 2.5 meters
